VALEN brings Ali Ahmeti into political "retirement"! (Mendi Qyra)

The State Election Commission has counted the majority of votes in Albanian municipalities, while in some of them there will be a runoff.

Izet Mexhiti in Çair, Daut Beqiri in Haraçinë, Daut Memishi in Tearce, Muhamed Elmazi in Saraj , all candidates of VALEN , have already declared victory in the first round .

Meanwhile, the AKI coalition led by DUI has declared victory without a runoff in the municipalities of Lipkovo, Plasnica and Caska .

The first results in the largest Albanian municipalities are as follows:

Tetovo Municipalities : Bilall Kasami wins and goes to a runoff with Bajram Rexhepi.

Municipality of Haraçina : Daut Beqiri from WLEN wins

Municipality of Bogovinje : Feti Abazi from WLEN wins

Municipality of Brvenica : First Haqim Ramadani from VELEN and goes to the second round with the candidate of OBRM-PDUKM, Jovica Ilievski.

The municipality of Vrapçisht : does not reach the census and the elections fail.

Municipality of Gostivar : Valbon Limani from AKI wins.

Municipality of Dibra : led by Fisnik Mela from VALEN.

Municipality of Zhelina : Blerim Sejdiu from VALEN wins.

Municipality of Kicevo : OBRM-PDUKM candidate Aleksandar Jovanovski leads and goes to the second round with AKI candidate Fatmir Dehari.

Municipality of Lipkovo : Erkan Arifi from AKI wins.

The municipality of Saraj : led by Muhamed Elmazi from WLEN.

Struga Municipality : The first independent candidate, Mendi Qyra, goes to the second round with Arsim Dalipi of the AKI.

Municipality of Studeničani : independent candidate Azem Sadiku leads and goes to the second round with Ejup Abazi of DUI.

Municipality of Tearce : Daut Memishi from WLEN wins.

Municipality of Chair : Izet Mexhiti from VALEN wins.

"I ask Ali Ahmeti to resign from the political scene. Albanians took him into political retirement," said Izet Mexhiti.

Following the voting results in the municipality of Chair, where the VALEN candidate celebrated a victory and read this as a signal of the end of the Ahmeti era.
