Dramatic pictures posted on social media reveal the extent of the damage caused by the fatal floods that hit Valencia late last month, killing more than 200.
Nearly 100 people are still missing after the October 28 floods.
In a small town near Valencia, Chiva, more rain fell in 8 hours than it had in the previous 20 months. The floods destroyed infrastructure and swept away thousands of cars.
The pictures, taken at an old warehouse outside the town of Paiporta, show rows of vehicles covered in mud and piled on top of each other.
Even after the waters receded, the warehouse was still filled with stagnant water, endangering vehicles. Spain's Insurance Company has received 44,000 car claims, and the number is expected to rise.
In Valencia, more than 130,000 people protested against the authorities, accusing them of delays in sending warnings and poor management of the disaster.
