The aunt and her nephew face off in court over whose cow the 70-year-old sold in

Left alone, 70-year-old Nafije Guta says that she is in trouble with her grandson, since according to her he has done her a mountain of injustice. She was left alone in the house which was given to her as a charity by a humanitarian association in the village of Dobrusht in Prizren, after her husband died years ago.

The problems started when her sister's son, Selman Gutaj, who is also her brother-in-law's son, sued her in the Basic Court of Prizren, after he sold her cow.

But Nafija said that she sold it because it was her property, which she acquired after sharing the property with her brother-in-law, who is Seman's father, for which the elderly woman says that she also has the shepherd as a witness.

The 70-year-old woman sold this cow to a butcher in Prizren, and immediately after making the deal in 2017, her grandson accused her of selling the cow, taking advantage of the fact that the latter was at a wedding. But Nafije's daughter, Baftije Dakaj, thinks that the conflict between the grandson and the thesis has a different background than that of the cow.

Contacted by Kiksi, Selman refused to speak in front of the cameras, but insisted that the cow that was sold by aunt Nafije was his. The story is even more confused due to the fact that Selmani and Nafija live in the same peak, and that both insist on the same share.

And this fact prompts Nafije to accuse her nephew of stealing electricity, since they both use the same electric clock. Her daughter says that together with her sisters, they were forced to pay her mother's unspent electricity debt, for which she claims to have evidence.

But Nafija's grandson, Selmani, says that he did not use a single kilowatt of electricity. He claims he doesn't live in this house. After this conflict, Nafija has divided the electricity meter, and according to her lawyer, after the division of the electricity measuring units, she receives many times less monthly bills.

In addition to these problems, 70-year-old Nafije Gutaj was attacked several times by her nephew's wife, for which the Kosovo Police was also notified, until the Court issued a protection order.

This very order proves that Selmani lived in the same house with Nafije and had also used electricity. Despite everything, Selman has admitted that he has now returned to the shared house with his aunt as it is built on his land./ Klan Kosova
