American report: Putin will kill a popular president to bring Europe into war

The Kremlin has made a decision for a radical "solution" to one of its problems regarding Belarus,  foreign media report .

Considering the dragging of Belarus in the war that Putin is waging in Ukraine, according to the Kremlin leader, killing President Alexander Lukashenko, or in any case forcing the latter to cooperate with him, would be one of the solutions, according to a the American research center Robert Lansing Institute, which cites sources of the Russian military leadership.

The Russian Military Intelligence (GRU) is considering the scenario involving the assassination of Lukashenko, a task which would be entrusted to the Secretary General of the CSTO, Sanislav Zas, a man loyal to Russia and under the control of the GRU.

 "On instructions from Russian President Vladimir Putin after his return from the recent CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) summit, Russian military intelligence may try in the coming days to adopt a scenario involving the assassination of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will either try to simply intimidate him into ordering his troops to go to war in Ukraine," according to the American institute.
