The prosecution in Serbia claims that Milan Radoicic bought the weapons in Bosnia and sent them to Kosovo, where the attack was carried out in the village of Banjska.

The High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade said it has interrogated Millan Radoicic, who took responsibility for organizing the attack in Banjska.

The announcement states that he was interviewed under the suspicion that, with some unknown persons, they have committed criminal offenses related to the "unauthorized production, possession and trafficking of firearms and explosives" as well as "serious offenses against general security" ".

According to the Prosecutor's Office, Radoicic is suspected of "buying weapons, ammunition and explosive devices with great destructive power from Tuzla, in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from January 2023 to September 24".

The weapons were delivered to him in the territory of the city of Belgrade, most often in the suburbs of Bubanj Potok and Vërçin, according to the Prosecutor's Office.

After that, those weapons "he transported and stored in unspecified places in the territory of Kosovo, where he hid them in abandoned buildings and forests", says the statement of the Prosecutor's Office.

The statement of the Serbian prosecution contradicts the statements of the bodies in Kosovo, which said that they have discovered facts that many of the weapons used in the terrorist attack in the north of Kosovo came from the Serbian army. Authorities in Kosovo also said the group of about 30 people trained at Serbian army bases.
