President Osmani mandates Albin Kurti to form the Kosovo government!

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has signed today the Decree, which mandates Albin Kurti to form the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

The press release states that this decision was made following the official proposal of the Vetëvendosje Movement party, which has won the largest number of deputies in the Assembly.

"According to the Constitution, the mandate holder for the formation of the Government, Mr. Kurti, is obliged, no later than fifteen (15) days from the day of the decree, to submit to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo the composition and program of the Government for approval. The President wished success to Kurti, the acting Prime Minister, with the hope that the Republic of Kosovo will have a Government with a full constitutional mandate as soon as possible ," the announcement states.
