A strange mix-up has occurred in France, where President Emmanuel Macron's wife, Brigitte Macron, has been mistakenly registered with the male name "Jean-Michel" on the official tax portal.

The case was revealed in a BFMTV documentary, where the First Lady's director of administration revealed that during a routine check in September last year, a male name had appeared in the system instead of her real name. Investigations have shown that it was not a technical error, but external interference.

After the matter was taken seriously by the Élysée Palace, Brigitte Macron filed a criminal complaint, and investigators identified two people suspected of manipulating the data.

This incident is related to conspiracy theories that have been circulating for years, according to which Brigitte Macron was born male, a claim that she has denied and for which she has sued several people for defamation.

In September of this year, two of them were fined 13,500 euros, while Brigitte Macron has warned that she will also do a genetic test to finally close this matter.
