The Basic State Prosecution Office in Podgorica launched an expert examination to determine who appears in the erotic recordings, the former director of the Directorate at the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, Mirjana Pajkovic .
Mirjana Pajkovic stated to prosecutors that Vuksic was in one of the recordings and that he was the one who distributed the video material without authorization.
Vukšić categorically denied these allegations.
Former advisor to the President of Montenegro, Dejan Vukšić , claims that he is not the person in the controversial video, writes Vijesti .
We recall that the scandal arose when intimate videos appeared on social networks showing Pajković, then secretary of the Ministry of Human Rights and Minorities, and, apparently, Vukšić.
Late last year, Pajkovic filed three criminal charges against Vuksic, accusing him of unauthorized distribution of her explicit recordings.
On the other hand, Vukšić, when submitting his resignation, announced that Pajković stole his mobile phone in October 2024, which, as he claims, was subsequently misused.
The Prosecutor's Office in Montenegro has announced that it has launched preliminary investigations to clarify the circumstances of the case and identify those responsible.
