Urim Hyseni will remain in custody for a month. This is the decision taken by the Basic Court of Peja today after the macabre murder he committed yesterday afternoon in Peja.

This decision was taken considering that Urim Hyseni has a residence permit in Germany and there is a possibility to escape.

"The Basic Court of Peja has ordered a one-month detention for Urim Hysen for the murder of his mother. In the justification of the decision, it is stated that the measure was taken considering that Hyseni has a residence permit in Germany and can escape, as well as considering that eyewitnesses who are family members of the defendant are expected to testify in his case, there is a risk that he will be found in freedom he will be able to repeat the crime or even influence the witnesses", the announcement states.
