Attack in Germany, 3 more people arrested: The perpetrator had warned of the
Tragedy in Germany

German police have arrested three people suspected of involvement in Friday night's terrorist attack in Magdeburg, which left five people dead, including a 9-year-old boy, and 200 others injured.

German media reports that the arrested people appear in security camera footage at the Christmas market, cheering in support of author Taleb Abdulmohsen, who hit the crowd with his speeding vehicle.

Investigators are trying to find out if they are collaborators of the perpetrator and if the latter was helped by others.

The media also writes that the perpetrator, a Saudi citizen who arrived in Germany in 2006 and was granted asylum 10 years later, was wanted by the authorities of his country.

Taleb Abdulmohsen is known as an opposition figure in Saudi Arabia, while in Germany he is involved in organizations that facilitate asylum procedures for citizens from this country who are politically persecuted.

In this post on the X network a year ago, he accused the German government of persecuting Saudi girls and women seeking asylum.

Abdulmohsen warned that he would make Germany pay for this.

The event brought thousands of people, mainly supporters of the nationalist Alternative for Germany, onto the streets, who chanted slogans calling for the repatriation of all immigrants.
