Serious in Greece, 44-year-old Albanian man kills his girlfriend's husband

A serious incident has occurred in Greece.

It is learned that a 44-year-old man with Albanian citizenship executed a 51-year-old man, the father of a minor child, in the village of Spathohori, Agrinjo.

The victim was the village headman, but police sources told Top Channel that the crime had an erotic background and was not related to the victim's duty. It is suspected that the perpetrator had an intimate relationship with the victim's wife, and this was the cause of the conflict.

Sources explained that the perpetrator had ambushed the victim and as soon as he approached his vehicle, he shot him with a shotgun he had with him, leaving him dead on the spot.

The victim's vehicle fell into a ravine where it was found by local residents. A few hours after the crime, the perpetrator called the police station admitting responsibility.

He told the agents that he wanted to surrender because he was remorseful for the crime. The murder weapon was also found as material evidence.
