Five people have been injured in Iran's ballistic missile attacks on Israel, according to a statement from the Israeli emergency service, Magen David Adom.
One of them is in moderate condition, while four others have received minor injuries from shrapnel.
The injured have been taken to Tel Aviv hospitals for treatment, while security forces are working to isolate the affected areas.
In a statement addressed to the Iranian people through a video released this Friday evening, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized that Israel's war is not against Iranian civilians, but against the regime that, according to him, has brought the country to the brink of destruction.
He called on the citizens of Iran to "stand up and let their voices be heard," stressing that he understands their suffering under the current regime.
Netanyahu warned that this is not the end of the Israeli response. According to him, the Iranian regime "does not know what hit it, or what will hit it," describing it as the weakest ever.
In the end, Netanyahu called on the Iranian people to unite around their flag and history.
Israel has destroyed Iran's most important uranium enrichment facility, a "large portion" of its ballistic missile arsenal, senior military commanders and top nuclear scientists over the past day, Netanyahu claimed in a statement.
