Taulant Balla has transformed within a few months from a candidate for Edi Rama's right wing into a staunch spokesman and PR figure for Belinda Balluku .

The former number two of the Socialist Party, the former number one of the Socialists in parliament, the most voted MP in the 2021 elections, securing almost 7 thousand more votes in Elbasan than Edi Rama himself in Durrës, has given up the ambition to be number 2 in the government and party and has accepted 'submission' to Belinda Balluku.

Rumors in the corridors of the government and the Socialist Party suggest that Taulant Balla's long dream and short career in the position of Minister of the Interior was suddenly interrupted by Belinda Balluku. But the Deputy Prime Minister's revenge did not end there.

She also removed him from the party's political leadership in the Fier region, and both of these moves were not accompanied without friction.

Faced with these displacements, Balla publicly consoled himself by taking over the leadership of the SP campaign in the diaspora, even adding that the new task had more responsibility and importance.

He got through the 'bread and butter' and today, with his stances in the SP parliamentary group meetings and publicly on social networks, he has transformed into a loyal soldier of Belinda Balluku.

At Tuesday's closed-door meeting of the Socialist Party, Balla sided with Balluk, when the latter harshly criticized the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, with claims that she was under blackmail by Gazment Bardhi, who directs her to lead plenary sessions.

Obedience to Balluk (which shows that it is not about an alliance, but about submission) are the posts on social networks.

What is not understood is what connects Taulant Balla to the condition of the roads?

He is the Minister of State for Parliamentary Relations and a political leader for the diaspora. The roads from the government to the Parliament and from Albania to the diaspora do not need snowplows.

This is also noticed by Balla's attentive followers, with one of them asking him not to take on the role of emergency chief, but to fight corruption.
