'He falsified his surname to marry a Greek', after Manek there is
GJKKO judge, Irena Gjoka

The lawyer of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha Genci Gjokutaj has analyzed the meaning of the questions that his client asked the judge Irena Gjoka remotely in one of his exits to the balcony of the apartment, where he has been isolated for 2 months.

Berisha called the judge scum and asked her if she had ever been expelled from any EU country, or if she had ever had the surname Spata. The former Prime Minister did not give more details about the accusations he directed at the judge.

'I asked him a question; have you ever been kicked out of a place for dirty work? He did not reply. Tonight I will ask, on behalf of you and all Albanians, this scum of a judge; Have you ever used the last name Spata because you had to? Have you ever called yourself Irena Spata? You are not ashamed of me, you are an ordinary thief, shameless, immoral, without anything, who is kept there as a slave to your crimes', he declared on Friday evening.

These were Berisha's questions, which were passed over in silence by the judge. However, the one who answered was the lawyer Genci Gjokutaj. The lawyer of the former Prime Minister says that judge Irena Gjoka wanted the surname Spata and for this she obtained a false certificate in Albania.

Through a post on Facebook, he adds that this forgery was discovered by the Ioannina Police Station, from fingerprints. According to Berisha's legal counsel, the judge's intention was to marry a Greek citizen.

Genci Gjokutaj makes another detail public, where he accuses his daughter-in-law that in 2017 he made a purchase of nearly €90 thousand in the Greek state and for which he received 20% of the purchase invoice back at the border.

Judge Irena Gjokuta was dismissed in 1996 by Sali Berisha, who at that time was President. Berisha requested her dismissal from the Partizani case for conflict of interest and that she hid from the vetting commissions the fact that she was dismissed in 1996 for incompetence and lack of professionalism.
