Millions of ALL spent on setting up one-stop reception counters by the Agency for Integrated Public Service Delivery (ADISA), are now multiplied by zero. Millions of ALL were spent from the public money for the construction or reconstruction of these offices, but now they are not open to the public, as a result of the government decision that determined that from May 1, all services will be provided through the portal e- Albania.

According to the data processed only for the reconstruction of offices in Gjirokastra, Kamza, Elbasan, Kruja and Vlora, tenders were awarded with a total value of 128.5 million ALL. Prior to the connection of the counters, the employees of the ADISA offices assisted the citizens to make applications, requests for information or to register in e-Albania, writes SCAN .

Meanwhile, the reconstruction of the centers was part of ensuring a quality service, in an honest and ethical manner, implementing the citizen-centered approach. The establishment of integrated public service delivery centers was based on the effective separation of Reception Offices from Service Responsible Offices, through a Quality and Anti-Bribery management system.

Meanwhile, the need of these offices for the citizens, who are currently facing many difficulties and increased costs, is also shown by the official figures made public by this department, where it results that only during 2020 in these counters 558 521 applications have been made. , 227 371 requests for information, as well as 88 968 accounts have been created in e-Albania.
