Two days ago, the Board set the "crazy" price for the retail sale of oil, full 248 ALL per liter and for this it is justified by the stock market prices.
But, if we take a look today, all the "White Dots" of fuel, ie small fuels, hold a cheaper price than the price set by the Board, or that the price at the gas stations of large companies like "Kastrati" and "Gega".
As seen in the photos below, the price of oil in these points is 235 ALL / liter, 236 ALL / liter, 239 ALL / liter, 242 ALL / liter, 244 ALL / liter, so much cheaper than the price of the Board 248 ALL / liter. Also, the price of gasoline is cheaper than the price set by the Board.
The "white spots" of fuel are supplied with oil by large companies such as "Kastrati" and "Gega". Then how is it possible that these gas stations keep the price of oil many times cheaper than the gas stations of the larger companies and than the price of the Board. One hypothesis is that the "white dots" of fuel, at these prices put money out of pocket, but this can not even be imagined, because otherwise they would go bankrupt.
Second, which seems to be true, large companies abuse the price of oil to make as much profit as possible, and that the Board has had the opportunity to set a lower price for the retail sale of oil and gasoline.
Sources suggest that in the coming days the Board is expected to make a decision where no gas station is allowed to sell fuel at a price different from that set by the Board, as currently the "White Dots" of fuel are penalizing large companies, as citizens go to be supplied with diesel and gasoline. The "white spots" of fuel risk being fined if they sell oil cheaper than "Kastrati" and "Gega".
See below how much oil was sold at the white gas stations:
