Entities that have ideas to implement projects in the field of tourism will be supported up to 100% from the state budget. The instruction of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, published in the Official Gazette, defines the criteria and deadlines regarding the request-proposals to benefit from financial support for projects

Specifically, according to the guidelines, in order to receive funding, applications must be in accordance with the principles of sustainable tourism development in the country; to promote the tourism industry for economic development and improvement of the quality of life; to promote tourist products and destinations, the values ​​of the country's natural and cultural heritage in accordance with the tourist calendar of entertainment activities; promote the professional education of human resources of entities that develop activities in the field of tourism, in order to increase the quality and improve the service; influence the digitalization of the tourism industry to increase the efficiency of efforts to develop innovative products and services; as well as to improve the framework of studies or models of tourism products.

In order to benefit, applicants must be registered as a business according to the legislation in force, have experience in the field of tourism, not have been convicted by a final court decision, have no outstanding tax liabilities and have paid the contributions of social and health insurance.

Request proposals can be submitted throughout the budget year, and after their review and approval, payments benefiting from the budget fund will be made 60% of the value, at least 5 days before the start of the project and 40% of the value at the end of the project, against the documents certifying the development and expenses incurred in its service.
