Ms. Minister, in the Anatomy Pathology ward at Qsut (the place where biopsies are performed for people suspected of having cancer) patients experience stress, anxiety and do not receive answers on time. The answers come out, but are not entered into the system, and patients face the fact and damage of not starting their treatments.

Specifically, a lady has been waiting for an answer for about 2 weeks. The answer has come out, but it is not being entered into the system. The lady cannot start her treatment, as a result, and is losing important days. Now, people in distress are trying to find a "friend" and even make coffee.

Others have neither friends nor coffee, and for them, delays last for a month.

And the person responsible for this is the Head of Anatomy-Pathology, Majlinda Ikonomi. A person with warm arms, and a lot of power. The person who asks no questions, who violates every corner, because her friendship with former ministers guarantees that everything she does is without consequences.

Mrs. Ikonomi takes patients from the Oncology Hospital to the LDM clinic (private clinic).

Ms. Ikonomi also takes patients to other private clinics.

Ms. Ikonomi collaborates with doctors from the public system in the districts. Instead of sending the biopsies to the Anatomy-Pathology Laboratory, they send them to the LDM laboratory, receiving money in cash.

Ms. Minister, if you are at the level you claim to be, set up an independent audit group and see what has been done to cancer patients, who have lost valuable time with unjustified delays in biopsy responses.

Do the audit. As for what I say, I have documents. Anyone who harms patients has me in front of them.

And you, Mrs. Minister, will be responsible if you do not intervene. (At least learn the truth)
