COMPLETE FILE OF EVIDENCE
Citizen Griselda Goxhara, among other things, declares that initially she had a good, correct relationship with her husband, with its ups and downs, like any other couple.
About a year after she started working as a lawyer, the Energy Regulatory Entity established acquaintance and closeness with the citizen Lorenc Kosta, whom she had at work.
The latter had consent and in a moment of weakness citizen Griselda Goxhara declares that: "I had an intimate relationship with citizen Lorenc Kosta. This happened only once, after this moment, the contacts with Lorenci were only for work matters. Since January 2024, Erjoni has shown signs of jealousy, obsessing that I could betray him. Initially, his allegations of cheating on my part were without any reasonable cause or concrete basis, so that later he started to become obsessive and put psychological pressure on me to tell him the person with whom I cheated. At the beginning of July, after the constant pressure and physical violence exerted by Erjon, I admitted that I had cheated on him only once, years ago, with a colleague of mine, citizen Lorenc Kosta. Initially, Erjon told me to tell him that he would forgive me for everything, but after I told him about my early flirtation with the citizen Lorenc Kosta, he became evil and insulted, insulted and physically abused me . A week after this conflict, Erjoni communicated with Lorenci from my phone and threatened him with his life".
Citizen Ergis Goxhara, among other things, declares that: "Around 14:35 when I was getting ready to leave the house and go to work, my father called me again and told me that he had injured Lorenci with a gun. I asked him indignantly why he did it. We have talked several times after this phone call where he told me to go to the Shkoza district as we were going to the Fresk area and he had to go there. During the time that we communicated on the phone, I noticed that he was in a very serious psychological state and it seemed to me that he was in a panic the whole time. I went out to the place where he told me to wait for him and along the way he was coming we communicated several more times where I asked him where he was and if he was okay. After dad came to the Shkoza district on foot, we took a taxi and headed to the Fresk area. We followed the road from the alleys where the former president Bamir Topi lives, we went to the Fresku restaurant and then we took the road to the treasure area in Fresk. Along the way, I was also very shocked by what had happened, as I remember my father talked several times on the phone while I understood with police officers asking where he was, but my father told them that he did not tell them where he was. As soon as we arrived at the state treasury area, we both got out of the taxi and told the taxi driver to wait, while he told me to follow him. Immediately at this moment, as soon as we got off, 2 police officers in civilian clothes approached us and called my father Erjon by name, and as soon as he saw them, he ran away in the direction of the alleys of the buildings near the treasury, telling these people that I'd rather kill myself than rot in prison. These people called Erjon, come with us, but dad ran away and these two ran after him. Immediately after that, the taxi driver left, while I stayed on the sidewalk, and a person called me from a white BME x5 type vehicle to approach me, I refused, and then my uncle, whose name is Marcel, got out of this car. To my knowledge, Seferi is a police officer in the Police Operational Structures. He approached me and took me and together we got into the BMW x5 vehicle, which after I asked him, he told me that it is a work vehicle. After getting into the vehicle in question, he told me that we would go to the Police Department where I would give statements about what I knew and what had happened. More or less, this is the schedule of my movements today and what happened, that's all I can remember since I'm also very psychologically shocked by everything that happened. Among other things, he added that there have been some contradictions and disagreements between my parents for about a month. As far as I'm concerned, I understood and heard that these arguments arose because my father suspected that my mother was cheating on him with a work colleague. My mother has been working as a specialist at ERE for almost 5 years.after he provoked her in relation to a colleague of hers named Lorenc, mom admitted to father that the suspicions he had about Lorenc were true and that she had betrayed him.
In his statement, citizen Laert Beqiri states that his uncle, citizen Erjon Goxhara, after learning that Griselda betrayed him, was in a difficult psychological state and often said that he would kill himself. "On 19.08.2024 in his presence Erjoni and Griselda met where they drank coffee in a bar at the entrance of TEG and talked about the future where Erjoni asked his wife to apologize but that did not happen from her . He tried to hit her but was not allowed by his grandson, who subsequently accompanied the citizen Griselda Goxhara to the apartment, while during this time she punched herself in the face, scratched and shot herself in different parts of the body. ".
From the statement of the citizen Marsel Seferi, among other things, he clarifies that the suspected perpetrator, the citizen Erjon Goxhara, sent him a video on the Whatsapp application at 2:34 p.m. showing a person lying on the ground and bleeding, while at 3:00 p.m. the citizen Marsel Seferi sent him a message back: "..what is this, I don't understand..." From our side, the phone of the citizen Marsel Seferi was checked, where the video was saved on a CD to be attached to the relevant minutes.
In the capacity of the person who has knowledge of the criminal offense, the citizen Elton Rodheshi has stated that he is a colleague of the citizen Lorenc Kosta and around 13:55 the citizen Lorenc Kosta called him saying that he was shot under the house. After he went to the place, citizen Elton Rodheshi asked him how he was, while Lorenci told him that citizen Erjon Goxhara stopped him, told him that he wanted to clarify something and then wounded him with a gun.
In relation to the event that occurred, the corresponding minutes have been reviewed from the cameras of the businesses in the surrounding area, where the suspected perpetrator is shown, who after getting out of a Mitsubishi type vehicle, heads to the sidewalk near the "Tata" service station, where in the hand of on the right, he holds a pistol-type weapon with which he takes aim at the lower parts of the limbs and shoots in the direction of the citizen Lorenc Kosta several times.
