A 43-year-old man sentenced to 25 years in prison for premeditated murder has been extradited from France to Albania. It is about citizen Bledar Mneri, accused of murdering Vasil Biba in 2016.

the incident for which Mneri is accused, happened on February 14, 2016. Citizen Vasil Biba was found killed with two bullets in the head and buried in the place called "Zabel", in the village of Priskë, in the territory of the Municipality of Dajti. According to the police, his identification came from the corpse's fingerprints, which were undamaged.

From the coordinated investigations of the Police and the Prosecutor's Office, it is suspected that the motive for this murder was fraud in the field of construction and large sums unpaid by the victim. Meanwhile, Mneri had won his freedom in May 2014, benefiting from the amnesty. Bledra Mneri was sentenced to 25 years in prison for murder in 1997, where he executed a police officer on "Myslym Shyri" street in Tirana.

A citizen sentenced to 25 years in prison for premeditated murder is extradited from France to Albania.

As a result of the cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Paris, for the localization, capture and extradition of citizens announced as wanted internationally, citizen Bledar Mneri, 43 years old, was extradited from France to Albania.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted by the Interpol Tirana CPC, after the Tirana Judicial District Court sentenced him to 25 years in prison, for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder" and "Illegal possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition", because killed the VB citizen with a firearm in 2016, in the village of Priskë, Tirana.

Citizen Bledar Mneri was handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons, for the execution of the Court's decision.
