Fatmir Manellari, wanted for 2 months, was arrested in Pogradec. He is accused of stabbing his fellow villager, Safet Hyskollari.

Safet Hyskollari lived with his wife, while he had returned from the USA a few days ago.

The serious incident took place on September 7, when 63-year-old Fatos Manellari stabbed 65-year-old Safet Hyskollar at the door of his apartment. The conflict over the property between the two fellow villagers has been continuous, where earlier the two also clashed physically.

It is learned that this conflict arose over a road, which was used by the victim, but for which the 65-year-old author also had claims.
