Scheduled to be handed down today, the SPAK special prosecutor's office has postponed the court session for giving the final conclusions to the 6 defendants for the criminal event of the murder of Nezir and Gentjan Beqiri in Elbasan.

In this judicial process, citizens Ervis Bardhi, Etien Cani, Klajdi Dokoli, Olsi Leku, Ardjan Çapja and Florenc Çapja are accused as perpetrators of the double murder.

The reason for the postponement of the court session was the absence of the lawyer Neshat Fana, who could not be present in court. Based on this situation, one of the defendants that lawyer Fana defends in this process, asked the court not to continue the session without the presence of his defense lawyer.

As a result, the judge, Etleva Deda, decided to postpone the session, setting the date of December 28 for hearing the claim of the prosecutor, Behar Dibra.

Gentian and Nezir Beqiri were executed in their home on August 15, 2012, by Jorgo Leku in collaboration with Etien Canin. They had appeared at Nezir Beqir's house as friends of the boy, Gentiani, who was paralyzed and under house arrest, after a clash with the police after being searched for another serious incident that happened in Elbasan.

Etien Cani together with Leku went to the house of their friend Gentian Beqiri, greeting the police stationed at the entrance of the palace to supervise Neziri. It was their friend's father who opened the door after recognizing the boy's friends. At that moment, Cani fired a gun at Beqir, leaving him dead on the spot.

The event became clear after the testimony of the repentant justice Ervis Bardhi, who testified in the process against Ardian Çapje and others accused of killing Gentian and Nezir Beqiri. 

Ardjan Çapja, Florenc Çapja, Ervis Bardhi, Etien Cani, Klajdi Dokolli and Olsi Leku are accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office of having acted as a structured criminal group, executing Gentian Beqiri and his father, Nezir, as a sign of revenge inside their home. Celibacy.

Gentian Beqiri was one of the three people who executed Sokol Çapjan in a bar in December 2005 in Elbasan, thus starting a series of revenges between families in this city.
