Hoxha said that the genesis of the murder of the 19-year-old is August 25, the day when Alban Bruç was assassinated, who miraculously escaped the bullets. He was the father of Bajram Çekora, who was wanted for the assassination of Bruçi, who a few days later spoke to the media and accused the police of supporting the criminal groups of Shkodra.

A few days later on September 2, he was killed at the door of the house. The chain continues with the murder of Xhenje on September 18, said Hoxha. While warning that there will be other murders, if the police do not react and do not reveal the perpetrators behind the attacks.

On September 2, Ismet Čekorja, the one who said that the police support criminal groups, was killed in an assassination attempt. His assassination stirred the waters. This was accompanied by the assassination of September 18, where 19-year-old Erjon Xhenje was killed in a bar. Criminal groups do not only attack people directly, but also their relatives.
