The Supreme Court sets the date for the appeal against Dritan Dajti .
The appeal was submitted by the prosecution of the Appeal for Serious Crimes .
Dajti was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of 4 police officers in August 2009.
Dritan Dajti is on the verge of being released from prison.
As the said decision determines, the hearing for Dajti is set for June 4, 2024 .
