Aranit Lleshi was killed for the "grass house", the British court

Four Albanian citizens have been sentenced to 45 years in prison by the British court, after a year ago they killed one of their compatriots, the citizen Aranit Lleshi, with a knife. They fought with the 32-year-old man over a "grass house" and left him dead.

The event took place in May of last year and today, April 21, at the Bristol Crown Court in England, the perpetrators received their sentences. One with life imprisonment, with a minimum of 20 years in a cell, and the other three with 20 years, 5 years and 18 months.

Brickel Palaj , 33, of Heavitree Road, Plumstead, London (convicted of murder, with a minimum of 20 years in prison)

Radian Lika , 36, of Watkinson Court, Islington, London (convicted of murder, life with a minimum of 20 years)

Nikola Palaj , 29, also of Heavitree Road (convicted of manslaughter, five years)

Kastriot Mhillaj , 35, of no fixed abode (pleaded guilty to violent disorder, 18 weeks)

"We would like to express our continued condolences to the victim's family, who have been left devastated by his death, and we want to reiterate our thanks to all the witnesses who gave statements and evidence in this case - their help ultimately helped us helped bring these dangerous people to justice," said Senior Investigating Officer DCI Phil Walker.

Judge Justice Saini stated in today's session that in May of last year a group went to steal a "bar house" of another group, on Bloomfield Road. He said that the groups came from the Albanian community, but did not know each other.

Brickel Palaj had received information that the property would be vacant and he and his group went to Bristol with a "cannabis theft bag". However, Bristol's group was waiting for them and confronted Nikola Palaj and held him hostage before the members of his group showed up.

As a result, Brickel Palaj and Radian Lika bought knives from a market in Bristol and returned to Bloomfield Road, where there was a violent knife fight between the two groups. Aranit Lleshi suffered fatal injuries and others were also injured.

Kastriot Mhillaj pleaded guilty to violent disorder. On the day of the incident he was driving a van to use to transport cannabis from Bristol to London. Mhillaj parked on Bloomfield Road, before two groups collided. The Albanian has admitted that he was part of a group that attacked "grass houses".
