Shkodra Police have provided details on Samuel Troshani and Izmir Sakica, who surrendered today after being declared wanted.

According to the police, Troshani and Sakica were sentenced to prison for "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, "Threat", committed in collaboration, and "Unauthorized possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector executed the security measure "Arrest in prison", for citizens ST, 25 years old and IS, 24 years old, assigned by the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for the criminal offenses "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, "Threat", committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens were involved in the conflict that occurred over the parking space of vehicles, on 03.06.2024, on "Pogej" street, during which citizen VB was physically attacked with hard objects. 

Citizens ST and IS surrendered at noon today, at the premises of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action.
