They clashed with glasses and bottles in a nightclub in Palasa, the 2 aggressors

A physical altercation between two citizens in a nightclub in Palasa has resulted in criminal proceedings for disturbing the public peace.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning at "Lollipop" where singer Ylli Limani was performing and caused tension and material damage to the environment.

The police have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and have initiated criminal proceedings at large against citizens FP, 34 years old, resident in Italy, and Xh. S., 31 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense of "Disturbance of public peace", provided for by Article 274 of the Criminal Code.

The two citizens involved in the conflict did not suffer any physical injuries and did not file criminal charges against each other.

The police announce that: "Following the investigative actions regarding a conflict that occurred in a nightclub, in Palasa, on 19.07.2025, at around 02:45, verifications resulted in the fact that for weak motives, these two citizens had a conflict and threw glasses and bottles at each other, causing tension in the environment, the departure of other customers, and material damage to the bar."

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
