Hostility is the main clue to the execution of 48-year-old Lulzim Visha, who was found shot to death inside his vehicle on "Shën Stefani" Street, Zall Mner.

It is learned that the victim is the brother of Besnik Visha, who in 1997 shot and killed citizen Refik Domi.

The crime occurred for weak motives near the Tirana Agricultural University.

On June 29, 2001, the Tirana Court sentenced him to 12 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unlicensed Weapon Possession".

The 48-year-old's body was found at around 07:40 this morning (January 24) on "Shën Stefani" Street.

The 48-year-old victim was driving the vehicle of 'Postman', a postal company that sends packages and deliveries throughout Albania and for which he worked as a postman.

At the time the incident occurred, Visha was on her way to work.
