Through a letter dated October 2022, SPAK asks the construction company "Victoria Invest" for information about the arrested person, Florenc Çekrezi.

Çekrezi, is the cousin of Eljo Bitri and arrested by SPAK, for placing the amount of tritol in the apartment of Talo Çela, this event happened on November 5, 2020 in Elbasan.

The three SPAK prosecutors have raised strong suspicions that the amount of tritol placed in the columns of Talo Çela's house was taken exactly from the premises of the private company "Victoria Invest".

Tritoli is believed to have been taken by Florenc Çekrezi, who in 2020 served as an excavator worker at the construction company.

Further, the explosive substance was given to Nuredin Duman and the latter forwarded it to Eljo Bitri, Skerdi Tas and Henrik Hoxhaj, to finish the job.

While SPAK is now demanding an answer from the "Victoria Invest" company, whether the arrested Florenc Çekrezi was employed by this company or not.

The secured letter states:

"...specifically if he was employed by this company, the time period and the functional tasks performed by him. As well as if "Victoria Invest" uses explosive explosives in the implementation of various infrastructure projects...".

The prosecution reasons that the event of the demolition of Talo Çela's house was organized by Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxhaj, Skerdi Tasi, as well as the citizen's cousin Elio Bitri, identified as Florenc Çekrezi.

Among other things, following the investigations for the other arrested persons, SPAK has also requested information from the municipality of Durres, whether this institution has given compensation to Petri and Festim Qoli, for the damages caused by the termrti of November 26, 2020./OraNews
