In a session held behind closed doors, the Court of Durrës left 5 people arrested for the alienation of 151 thousand m2 of land in Durrës.

The former head of the Cadastre Leonard Kadrimi, the former official Ardit Kërtusha, as well as the citizens Gjovalin Ndoci, Lirim Xhameta and Dashnor Taulla appeared before the court, with the request for softer security measures, but the judge Paulin Çera, after verifying and finding compliance with the conditions and the criteria for the implementation of the coercive measure of arrest in prison, for these five citizens, decided that they remain in the same security measure decided by this court in advance on April 11.

The orders for their execution were made by the Durrës police during the coded operation "Alienation".

In the framework of the same investigation, 2 other citizens were declared wanted, while as a security measure, the obligation to appear before the judicial police was set by the court of Durrës at the request of the prosecution for 9 other citizens.
