In one of the emails published by the hacker group "Homeland Justice", former Police Director, Gladys Nano forwarded information to the US Embassy about a Czech citizen suspected of being a spy.

It is about the time of the NATO military exercise, "Defender 2021", where vigilance was at its maximum because of Russian spies who could enter Albania.

The suspect was Czech national Filip Carek, and Nano informed the embassy of his movements.

Following our cooperation regarding activities that may affect the security and smooth running of the NATO exercise, "Defender 2021", allow me to inform you about the verifications carried out for the user of the vehicle with license plate AA513UM during the dates 01 - 11 May 2021 , and specifically:

1. According to the verification at the car rental company "Albanian Car Rental", it turns out that:

On May 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. near the "Albanian Car Rental" company (in Rinas), the Seat Arona vehicle, license plate AA513UM, black in color was rented by the Czech foreign citizen Filip Carek, born on January 16, 1999. who delivered this car (again to Rinas) on May 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Next to this company he has filed a Czech patent no. 990116/1611 and Czech identity card with no. 212452611.

In the practice of the documents (of the Albanian Car Rental company) it turns out that the citizen Filip Carek has declared the phone number +420728684507, email address [email protected] and residential address Cizova 20/39831. The payment of the vehicle invoice was made by credit card (the details of which can be found in the attached practice).

According to the material obtained from GPS, this citizen has traveled to several cities of the country from north to south.

Në datë 05 maj 2021 ora 23.53 deri në datë 07 maj 2021 ora 13.05 sipas GPS të automjetit rezulton se ka qenë në rrethin e Beratit (fshati Velabisht dhe Bogovë).

2. Sipas verifikimit në sistemin TIMS rezulton se:

Shtetasi i huaj Filip Carek, i datëlindjes 16 janar 1999, ka hyrë në Republikën e Shqipërisë në datë 01 Maj 2021 përmes pikës së kalimit kufitar Aeroporti “Nënë Tereza”, Rinas dhe ka dalë në datën 11 Maj 2021 po përmes kësaj pike kalimi kufitar, duke përdorur dokumentin e identifikimit çek me nr.212452611 lëshuar në datë 18 nëntor 2020 e vlefshme deri më datë 18 nëntor 2030.
