SPAK has completed the investigations for the sterilization concession.

At this moment, the Special Prosecutor's Office is communicating the charges against the defendants.

Former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj will be notified of the charges on Monday.

The defendants for the sterilization concession are Ilir Rrapaj, Klodian Rjepaj, Genc Burazeri, Marsela Serjanaj and Arben Gjata.
