The wife of Aleks Nika , the protester killed on January 21, 2011, Rajmonda Nika , after the decision of the Supreme Court that passed the file of January 21 for investigation to SPAK, said that the right finally won.

While the uncle of Alke Nika, said that there is a decision of Starsburg that says it is a state crime.
