Ermir Ndreaj is one of the people arrested as part of the action launched by the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), an action that began the night before.

So far, four people have been arrested, including the two brothers Artur and Ervin Hoxhosmani, as well as Ermir Ndreaj .

Another person is reported to have been arrested in Elbasan, but his name has not yet been released.

But, unlike the two brothers, Ermir Ndreaj is not an unheard of name, both for the Albanian and international media.

Ndreaj lives in Tirana, because until the night before, for the Albanian authorities he turned out to be a very powerful businessman, having established activities such as a nightclub, a luxury restaurant, and a well-known aesthetic clinic.

Ndreaj is known by his circle of associates as " Cinco ", a nickname he has used to name one of his businesses, " Cinco Cavalli ", in Durrës.

Another business he has set up is " Savoy Garden ", one of the most elegant restaurants in Tirana, frequented by public figures and mainly the country's elite.

This restaurant is located in the " Delijorgji " complex, where the National Bureau of Investigation agents landed the night before.

In the same area, there is another business, Clinique Cinq, which, along with the restaurant, is managed and administered by Ndreaj's partner.
