Tirana-Partizani Derby

The police have taken a series of measures to guarantee order and security during the Tirana-Partizani match that will take place this Monday at 20:00 at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium. The police explain that from 14:00, all vehicles around the stadium will be moved while the road blockade will start at 17:00.

In implementation of the plan of measures, the police say that rigorous checks will be carried out on fans before entering the stadium, for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys or pyrotechnics, etc.), while each fan must be equipped with an identification document.

Roads that will be blocked from 17:00 until the end of the match: 

- “Lek Dukagjini” Street, around the stadium, “Dervish Hima” Street, “Gjergj Filipi” Street, “Papa John Paul II” Street, from the intersection with “Ismail Qemali” Street to the “Air Albania” Stadium, “Martyrs of the Nation” Boulevard, from the Presidency to “Mother Teresa” Square. 

The fan routes will be:

– The movement of Tirana fans will take place: Starting in front of the “Puppet Theater”, “Martyrs of the Nation” boulevard, “Bajram Curri” street, ETC, “Papa John Paul II” street, “COIN” center - stadium;

– The movement of Partizan fans will take place: from the intersection of “Muhamet Gjollesha” street with “Artan Lenja” street, along “Muhamet Gjollesha” street, “Sulejman Delvina” street, “Ibrahim Rugova” street behind the Presidency, “Frederic Chopin” square, the university steps - stadium.

The Tirana Police has taken all measures to guarantee order and security, before, during and after the football match between the teams "KF Tirana" and "Partizani", which will take place on 07.04.2025, at 20:00, at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium. 

At 2:00 PM, vehicles around the stadium will be moved, while the roads will be blocked at 5:00 PM. The road segments that will be blocked, from 5:00 PM until the end of the activity, are: 

"Lek Dukagjini" Street, around the stadium, "Dervish Hima" Street, "Gjergj Filipi" Street, "Papa John Paul II" Street, from the intersection with "Ismail Qemali" Street to the "Air Albania" Stadium, "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard, from the Presidency to "Mother Teresa" Square. 

The fan routes will be as follows:

The police will guarantee and ensure the movement of fans along designated routes and will not allow fans to gather or pass outside the designated route.

In accordance with the plan of measures, rigorous checks will be carried out on fans before entering the stadium for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys or pyrotechnics, etc.). Each fan must be equipped with an identification document.

Citizens without identification documents will not be allowed to enter the stadium, and children under the age of 16, even if they may have tickets, will not be allowed without the presence of a parent or guardian (accompanied by a document).

All fans who have been identified by the Police as problematic fans at various sporting events will not be allowed to enter the stadium.

Tirana Police requests the understanding of the respective fan clubs for the implementation of the above measures, as well as the understanding of citizens to avoid driving on the aforementioned road segments during the specified times.
