SCANDAL with microloans/ Bailiffs: "Killers" have massacred Albanian

The National Chamber of Private Bailiffs has denounced other extortionate institutions such as "Micro Credit Albania".

"DHKPGJ" has reacted to the security measures given today by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, for 9 bailiffs and administrators of microcredit companies.

In a public reaction after the arrests requested by the Prosecutor's Office, the National Chamber of Private Bailiffs says that 4 years ago, they were the ones who asked the Ministry of Justice to inform the Bank of Albania about the activity of "Micro Credit Albania". But between the lines they have another denunciation. 

"The fraud scheme still has many other protagonists, who are active today, intact, well-organized, who are continuing to create public consequences by sending the scheme started in 2015, to the final criminal levels. The Bank of Albania has had full knowledge of the development of this scheme, between 5 companies connected to each other, but did not act by keeping this criminal activity within the perimeter of its "supervision", within the security perimeter of the unimpeded development of this activity and within the scope of its direct responsibility," is written, among other things, in their official response. 

The National Chamber also apologizes to the persons harmed by the scheme of the bailiffs, stating that all of them have been denounced by them, making a call to the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime. 

"We encourage SPAK to take active actions to isolate and minimize as much as possible the serious consequences that have come to thousands of Albanian citizens, due to allowing the operation of this massive fraud scheme, by its identified responsible!," he adds other "DHKPGJ".

By order of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana , 9 people were placed under security measures, some in prison and others at home, as they are accused of several criminal offenses. The prosecution concluded that  Micro Credit Albania, ADCA, SHP Zig, FS, FLASH , but also the natural persons: Elda Ibro, Andis Gjoka, Olsi Ibro, Arben Meskuti, Yllka Meskuti, Ernela Cuberi, Indrit Cuberi, Alban Kote, Aldo Daka , Edmond Mato, Roland Deda, Jordisa Dervishi, Alketa Sali Goxha, Albert Geea, Kejda Seferi, Mariela Basha, Besmir Barxhani, Saimir Hajdari, Bashkim Xhafa, Florian Beqaraj , have used licenses as microcredit companies and bailiffs to extort thousands of citizens through refinancing schemes with bad conditions of old loans.
