Por personi më i afërm me Pjerin Xhuvanin sipas pamjeve filmike ka qënë dhëndri i tij, Elton Bodinaku, i cili ka mbetur i plagosur rëndë dhe ditën e ngjarjes nuk ka pasur armë me vete.

Në përfundim të ekzaminimeve të kryera në lidhje me çështjet që shtrohen për zgjidhje japim këtë:

Konkluzioni:

1. Rindërtimi i vendit të ngjarjes së datës 21 Prill 2021, ndodhur në qytetin e Elbasanit, Rruga"Lef Nosi", pasqyrohet në pjesën ekzaminzative si dhe nëpërmjet proces-verbalit të mbajur në datë 27.03.2024, shoqëruar me tabelë fotgrafike dhe skicën përkatëse.

2. Pozicioni apo vendodhja e çdo personi (qitësi) që ka qëlluar me armë zjarri në vendngjarje, në datë 21.04.2021, bazuar në materialet shkresore dhe rindërtimit të vendit të ngjarjes, ajo paraqitet e pasqyruar në pjesën ekzaminative të aktit dhe konkretisht, distanca e vendndodhjes së viktimës me vendndodhjen e qitësit nr.1 duhet të jetë jo më shumë se 4 m, distanca midis qitësit nr.2 dhe viktimës duhet të jetë jo më largë se 11 m, distanca midis qitësit nr.3 dhe viktimës duhet të jetë jo më largë se 12.4 m, distanca e vendndodhjes midis qitësit nr.1 dhe nr.2 duhet të jetë jo më largë se 12 m, distanca midis qitësit me nr.1 dhe nr.3 duhet të jetë jo më largë se 13 m, distanca midis qitësit nr.2 dhe nr.3 duhet të jetë jo më largë se 1.2 m.
