Dan (Ramazan) Hutra should have been in prison, but today with his freedom, he took the lives of 3 women and injured 3 others mercilessly, as he had taken the life of a woman before.

In his past, Hutra had committed macabre crimes, such as raping his sister-in-law, hostage-taking, violence and murdering his first wife with a knife to the heart, but justice let him go free.

Although the Court of Tirana and the Court of Appeal did not agree to change his security measure from "arrest in prison" to "forced appearance at the judicial police", he was still free.

Recently, there has been a reaction from the Tirana Court of Appeal, which excuses itself by announcing that it rejected Dan Hutra's request to be released from prison, adding further that they have no information about what happened in the other levels of the judiciary.

But little is certain, something did not work and as a result 3 women lost their lives.

Referring to the interest of the media, the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction informs the following: The Court of the Judicial District of Tirana has held a trial regarding the replacement of the security measure "arrest in prison" with the security measure "compulsion to appear in the judicial police". , to the person under investigation, the citizen with the initials Dan Hutra, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Domestic Violence", provided by Article 130/a of the Criminal Code. 

With decision no. 555/1 Act, dated 09.01.2023, the Court of the Judicial District of Tirana, decided: - Dismissal of the request with no. 3356/1 Act, dated 04.01.2023 with applicant Dan Hutra. The case on appeal was examined on the basis of the appeal made by the person under investigation with the initials Dan Hutra, who requested the change of the decision, the replacement of the security measure from "arrest in prison" to that of "compulsion to appear in the judicial police".

At the end of the trial, with decision no. 66, dated 14.02.2023, the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, composed of the panel with Judge Ms. Irida Kacerja, decided: -Enforcement of decision no. 3356/1 Act, dated 09.01.2023 of the Court of the Judicial District of Tirana.

There is no information about the continuation of the process of citizen Dan Hutra, in other levels of judgment, the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction. Tirana, 01.03.2023
