For the umpteenth time, former minister Sajmir Tahiri and his lawyer Maksim Haxhia did not appear at the court session, and as a result, the session was postponed.
The reasons for the non-appearance are unclear, based on the fact that the request for this process came from Tahiri himself.
The former minister requests the recognition of the repayment of a part of the original sentence.
Meanwhile, the former minister has addressed another request to the court of Elbasan, where he requests the annual reduction of the sentence by 90 days, which is obtained in case of good behavior.
It is not known whether this process will also have the fate of the first.
