'Bari house' in Shijak, the owner: I want the cannabis money for the

Fredi Krasniti, the owner of the "grass house" in Durrës, stated that he planted the cannabis because he needed the money to perform an operation. He categorically denied that the weapons that were found in the apartment were used by criminal groups.

Today, it is expected that a hearing will be held for Krasniqi, who was arrested after being caught with a 'bari house' in Durrës. Krasniqi told the black squads that he has had the weapons since 1997 and that cannabis is not financed by criminal groups.  

"I have kept the weapons since the time of the riots that coincided with the 97s and I have kept them inside a double wall since that period. I planted narcotic plants to make quick money due to some health problems and this was the only way to make it. I need surgery and I can't afford the cost any other way. Every plant that was placed in the house was made by me and did not finance any criminal group", Fredi Krasniqi testified.

We recall that the police seized 444 cannabis roots on the third and fourth floors of a three-story villa in the village of Sallmone, as well as an arsenal of weapons suspected to be used by criminal groups.

An arsenal of weapons, 10 Kalashnikovs, 1 rifle, 1 machine gun and grenades, which were suspected to be used by criminal groups, were also found in the apartment. The arsenal of weapons was hidden inside a double wall inside the apartment.
