Wanted: Tirana bar owner who beat up OSHEE employee who went to check the clock

The owner of a bar in Tirana near "21 Dhjetori" has been declared wanted by the police.

The Tirana Blues report that the 38-year-old raped an OSHEE employee who had gone to check the light meter with hard objects.

The 37-year-old woman was taken to the hospital, where she is under the care of doctors.

Police announcement:

Crime Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 2 announced a wanted person and are working to capture citizen SC, 38 years old, resident of Tirana.

This citizen, on 25.04.2025, at around 13:00, is suspected of having hit with hard objects due to duty citizen RH, 37 years old (OSHEE employee) who had gone to check the electricity meter at the bar that the 38-year-old owns on ''Artan Lenja'' street.

As a result, the 37-year-old woman was injured and is in hospital, under the care of doctors.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
