The Criminal Court of Kosovo has ordered the detention of former police officer Uljan Shpataraku, who was arrested on August 26 in Durrës with Ergys Agas, on the charge of "supporting the perpetrator of the crime." He was driving the car he owned, an Audi Rs2, worth almost 100 thousand euros, which was seized.

Shpataraku is defended by attorney Elton Hyseni, while SPAK is represented by prosecutor Bledar Maksuti.

During searches at the apartment of the former senior police official, known as the right-hand man of the former Police Director, Ilir Proda, the police found an arsenal of weapons, 3 pistols, 2 shotguns and 2 rifles, which have been seized.
