Tirana Police have escorted the 26-year-old man who raped the commissioner at CEAZ No. 30 in Yshrek to the police station.

He is citizen Rei Nozlli, an observer for socialist candidate Orlando Rakipi, who was also at the scene during the physical conflict.

Police Announcement:

At around 2:30 PM, the intervention of the Police was requested at CEAZ No. 30, in Yrshek, after representatives of different political entities clashed with each other during the counting process.

Police services have escorted citizen RN, 26 years old, suspected of being involved in the conflict, for further procedural actions.

Regarding the claim that police officers were involved in the conflict, we clarify that this claim is untrue.

Work continues to accompany other persons involved in the conflict and fully document the circumstances of the conflict.
