A suspected falsified donation deed for an apartment in Shkodër is the next issue of the show Stop on TV Klan.

Ardiana Barbullushi denounces her aunt Izabela Radovani, a judge in Shkodër, in "Stop". Ardiana claims that her aunt stole the house of her brother, her late father.

The girl and the boy, who have been living outside of Albania for 25 years, found out 10 days after their father passed away. Then they learned that the father had given his share to his nephew Gerti Radovani, the judge's son, without the consent of his brother as co-owner.

Also, the donation contract, which the late Andrejusha Barbullushi made to his grandson, was signed with a fingerprint.

"I am Adriana Barbullushi, the daughter of Andrejusha Barbullushi, I have been living in Belgium for 24 years. We have an apartment at the entrance of Shkodra on "Salo Halili" street, on the first floor, which consists of approximately 54 square meters. On the occasion of the father's death on March 17, 2022, there were some problems regarding the ownership work, which was in the name of the brother and father. This ownership has passed in the name of the aunt's uncle, who is Gert Radovani, the son of judge Izabela Radovani. We found out that the house was given to my aunt's chun, without asking my brother who was co-owner with her. This contract was made in Shkodër at the house of judge Izabella Radovani, who is my aunt. It was made at the notary Arben Kopliku. Our suspicions are that the donation contract was made with a finger sign, at a time when the father knew how to write and read. He is not a person without education, he was an electrician in his own time, he had high school. He knew how to read and write. The house was donated 4 days before he passed away", denounces Ardiana Barbullushi.

While the victim's son, who is a co-owner of this apartment, says that he has no knowledge about the transfer of ownership of the house to his aunt's son.

"I'm Elidon Barbullushi, I've been in Greece for almost 25 years, I found out years ago from my friends that I lost my father, nobody told me or my sister. After that I found out that a house that I had as a stepfather with my father, I don't know how that work was done, I found out that they took it in the name of my aunt's son. My aunt's name is Izabela Barbullushi Radovani. How they did it, they didn't even ask me. I didn't even sign the contract. No one has notified me", says Elidon Barbullushi.

The children suspect that the house was taken through an irregular contract. Notary Arben Kopliku does not give any explanation for the absence of the deceased's signature replaced by a fingerprint.
