The identities of the injured person and the perpetrator in Shkodra are revealed.

Citizen Brigel Bizi, who is in the hospital for medical assistance, was injured.

The suspected perpetrator, Bledar Bylybashi, was escorted to the police station.

Notification:

He injured a 42-year-old man with hard objects during a conflict for weak motives, the suspected perpetrator was caught and escorted to the Police Station.

Thanks to the immediate reaction of the Police services, the citizen BB, 28 years old, the suspected perpetrator of the incident, was captured and escorted to the premises of the Commissariat for further actions.

The citizen BB, 42 years old, is under the care of doctors, while the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to fully document the circumstances of the event.
