The new head of SPAK, DP reacts: The process was tainted by the clash between
PD headquarters

The Democratic Party has officially reacted regarding the election of the new head of SPAK.

In a public statement, the blue headquarters states that the process was tainted from the start, with the clash between Yuri Kim and Edi Rama. According to the blue headquarters, "the clash for the head of SPAK between Yuri Kim and Edi Rama is not a sign that justice is independent, but that it has been caught".

DP statement:

The process of electing the new leader of SPAK was tainted from its inception and as such is unreliable.

The clash for the head of SPAK between Yuri Kim and Edi Rama is not a sign that justice is independent, but that it has been caught.

SPAK has had enough time to prove the opposite to the public by consuming the mandate of a leader.

Since its creation, SPAK has had dozens of scandals in hand, which were either investigated from the tail or not touched at all.

A 'palace of justice' in the corridors of which goes to make excursions and give directives the prime minister and an ambassador who plays the role of the governor, is neither independent, nor free, nor separate from the executive power, as it demands a normal and functional democracy.

With these indisputable facts, SPAK is simply a section of the Socialist Party.

We recall that SPAK started its work 2 years ago by declaring incompetence for the infamous vote-buying files by governors related to the crime 184 and 339, which it then forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office of Dibra.

SPAK did not investigate the election crime, which in the last 9 years has defined the structure of the state.

With this act, SPAK proved that it is only a discreet tail of the government.

SPAK is being used in an illegal, unconstitutional way to prey on the opposition and marks the capture and complete failure of the Sorosian justice reform in Albania.
