The word of Fredi Beleri is clarified in the session that is being held in GJKKO for the request presented by him, to get permission to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara.

Beleri has raised a flood of political accusations, avoiding during his speech the mention of concrete facts with which SPAK accuses him of electoral crime.

He has accused politicians, starting with Prime Minister Edi Rama, he has accused analysts who, according to him, are "ignorant fools", and he has accused all levels of justice, from the Durrës court, to the Supreme Court and the GJKKO, for denying justice.

Among other things, Beleri says that court delays are causing division and hatred, forcing citizens to divide into Greeks and non-Greeks.

Dear Judges!

In advance, based on Article 358 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I want to declare that the extension, postponement, conveyance from court to court, your actions for postponing the hearing by asking the prison representative to verify a document that he did not have, are beyond the mission and duty than the Court for the delivery of justice and are causing damage not only to my honor and personality as the elected Mayor of Himarë municipality but also in personal and family terms. You are causing a general hostile reaction, you are forcing people to divide into Greeks and non-Greeks, listening to the Prime Minister and his barb every day, who trivialize Greece's reaction as personal.

I, Fredi Beleri, conscientiously took it upon myself to run for mayor in Himare, as I had previously tested the trust of my fellow citizens. I had not anticipated the Prime Minister's reaction, and neither I nor my family had any spiritual preparation to face his derogatory language towards me. However, the support of my fellow citizens gave me the strength to continue. They are a group of young people with faith in the future, who gave me support during the campaign and currently, that I am in custody, it is the support of my fellow citizens that gives me the strength to endure calmly. However, what is happening in this trial is only keeping analysts and ignorant defendants alive, and they do not serve justice or the daily life of Albanians.

Drejtësi e vonuar është drejtësi e mohuar, dhe drejtësia duhet të duket se po bëhet, parime që ju i dini më mirë por nuk po i zbatoni. Që prej shtatorit po dëgjojmë çudira në këtë gjyq dhe gjyqtarët e reformuar që më kanë rastisur kanë frikë të shprehen për kërkesat e mia dhe gjejnë ca justifikime që po bëhen barcaleta. Një gjyqtare e posaçme shpiku nje dispozitë dhe e dërgoi në Durrës këtë çeshtje. Gjyqtar Bekteshi në Durrës jep doreheqjen se ka gjykuar shumë grekë dhe ky gjyqtar kam dëgjuar që do të shkojë në Gjykatë të Lartë. Ky gjyqtar i ndan njerëzit që gjykon në grekë dhe shqiptarë, në shekullin e 21-të, dhe e shkruan këtë mendim publikisht pa turp. Meqë ka gjykuar shumë “grekë” nuk gjykon çështjen time, por meqë ka gjykuar shumë shqiptarë, ky zoti Bekteshi pse nuk jep dorëheqjen nga detyra?! Gjyqtarja Garxenaj jep dorëheqjen për ndjenjat personale të saj për një ngjarje që ka ndodhur kur ajo ose nuk kishte lindur ose ka qënë motake, dhe nuk ka lidhje me gjykimin e kësaj çështjeje. Gjykata e lartë mezi e nxori datën e kësaj çështjeje pas disa kërkesave dhe nxori një vendim që nuk është shqip. Më në fund pas 4 muajsh xhiro nëpër gjykatat e reformuara, Juve i luteni drejtorit të burgut të shtyjë seancën të verifikojë në Postë kur ia kanë dhënë avokatit shkresën, kur ai vetë thotë që nuk ka si ta gjejë se nuk punon në Postë po në burg. Avokati thotë që keni zarfin në dosje ku jane vulat e postës. Po pse me procedurë doni të shpëtoni nga kjo dosje???

Jeni gjykatë e posaçme, por nuk keni rregulla të posacme, ligji është i barabartë për të gjithë. Nuk kam kërkuar votën tuaj, por të banorëve të bashkisë Himarë dhe ata vendosin kush do t’i qeverisi, jo Kryeministri, jo juve. Duke e zvarritur çështjen vetem shtoni komentet, vetëm mbushni lajmet e ditës, por nga dhënia e vendimit nuk do të shpëtoni me zvarritjet tuaja. Tregoni kurajo si banorët e Himarës që nuk iu nënshtruan presionit, ju arrestuan kandidatin dhe e votuan, nuk u trembën. Kanë kaluar 8 muaj dhe në Himarë nuk po respektohet vullneti i zgjedhësve. Nuk e duan Jorgo Goron, por ju nuk jeni dakort, se Goron e do Kryeministri.

This judge invented an aggravating circumstance, he makes me a public official, knowing that I do not receive a salary in the state and the Supreme Court does not have the courage to tell him that he is wrong. Judge Pëllumbi says it openly in the decision, in paragraph 30, 31, I do not replace the measure that if he is successful, he will become mayor, as if he works in the Prime Minister's Office, not in the court. This judge has been dragging another request of mine for two months, which should have given a decision in 15 days. He found the mechanism to take it to the Constitutional Court, to give you special immunity. I don't know why this judge and Judge Kalaja have waited for my requests to be recalled in order to send files to the Constitutional Court, because he also started such a path.

We are all aware that the trial is taking place under the threats and public directives of the Prime Minister. His sentences.. "that the evidence is there", "I told the police director it will be a big problem if the reasons for the arrest do not come out as you say", are pressure on the Constitutional Court, the words "how can Beleri swear when the law does not allow it?" are pressure for you. You don't forget anyone, this place has no other job for the Prime Minister, only to attend and attend my sessions and give decisions on my requests. The Prime Minister said the decision, you should sign it now.

I waited for a response from the Supreme Judicial Council, as in other cases, but apparently that institution does not have television. Give a decision honorable judges, show integrity, albeit very late.
