Saida Dollani is elected vice-chairman of the GJKKO Appeal, replacing Nertina

Saida Dollani will be the new deputy president of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.

She assumed the position at the end of the 3-year mandate of Nertina Kosova, who held this position from December 23, 2019 to December 23 of this year.

Dollani is currently serving as a judge of the Court of Appeal of Tirana since April 5, 2004. While with the latest decision, she will hold the position of the deputy chairperson of the Appeal of GJKKO for the next three years.

The meeting of the Judges of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, held under the direction of the Deputy President of the Court, Mrs. Nertina Kosova on 23.12.2022, elected the deputy president of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, Mrs. Saida Dollani.
