The murder of the guard in Vlora, Karamuço, is revealed: Here's why the 58-year-old was executed

Criminology professor Ervin Karamuço told Euronews Albania tonight that a secret operation by the FNSH and RENEA on Tuesday evening resulted in the arrest of one of the perpetrators of the murder of 58-year-old Renato Hoxhaj two days ago in the city of Vlora.

Karamuço indicated that the police have fully uncovered the murder, which was initially suspected to be a property issue, which resulted in it being a mafia murder ordered from Dubai by criminal groups.

"Today, the police, with a spectacular job, have completely solved that murder. It is not a murder for property issues. It is a very sophisticated murder ordered from Dubai by criminal groups, organized crime, groups that have ordered 2 people to carry out the assassination. One is a foreigner, has crossed the border and is being pursued by the Greek authorities, the other was surrounded in Ksamil and has just been arrested. So far, it is suspected that the deceased has often been accused by rival criminal groups as an informant for the other group and was executed on orders from the United Arab Emirates. They are transnational groups but have their roots in Vlora," said Karamuço.
