A co-confidential report drawn up by the Department of Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes in the State Police, sheds light on a series of intercepted conversations, which show a sobering reality of the capture of the judiciary and the prosecution by organized crime.
Prosecutors and judges who meet the cafes of Tirana, the kingpins of drug trafficking from Turkey to Albania and who are involved in corrupt affairs, with well-known names of the world of crime, such as Jurgen Molla and not only.
"Ora News" has long secured a multi-page file that shows through wiretapped conversations how members of organized crime who ran the heroin traffic, had paid and influenced up to the highest ranks of the General Prosecutor's Office, the transfer from Crimes Serious in the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, by prosecutor Anton Martini.
And at the same time, another reality is shown in the voluminous file, how a prosecutor from Tirana, who a short time ago passed and "Vettingun" is involved in a corrupt affair with the heroin's boss for the release of a character arrested on account of Italian justice.
For both criminal cases, the confidential report of the officers of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes suggests the continuation of the verifications and the follow-up of the investigation for the charge of "Passive corruption of the judge and prosecutor" and "Exercising illegal influence on persons who exercise public functions".
But surprisingly, the investigations for these two criminal offenses have not been followed by both the Prosecutor's Office of Serious Crimes and the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.
This confidential report shows the corrupt deals and payments for the transfer of the prosecutor of the case of Jurgen Molla and Arben Prendi from Serious Crimes to a Shkodër district prosecutor's office.
The first case
"From the study of the service report of November 5, 2015, it appears that the BMW X5 vehicle, black in color, with license plate AA9.9XX, was found parked near the Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes in Tirana. At 11:30, a citizen of about 40 years old, with short gray hair, wearing a white shirt, black pants, and another citizen of about 35-40 years of age approached and boarded the vehicle with license plate AA9.9XX. short hair, wearing a white shirt, gray suit. The vehicle continued on its way from Asim Vokshi street, to Zogu i I boulevard". From the contacts with the interception center and after studying the service reports, there are reasonable doubts that Jurgen Molla, with the mediation of two citizens who boarded the vehicle with license plate AA9.9XX , of whom one is the driver of the vehicle and has the role of a realtor and the other is the lawyer of the arrested Arben Prendi, whose name is Arbër. These persons were seeking to bribe officials of the Court of First Instance for Serious Crime in Tirana with the aim of the acceptance of the summary trial for Arben Prendi, related to the case of the seizure of 15 kg of heroin-type narcotics at the customs of Morina..." - it is said in the confidential report.
Further in this case it is clear that Jurgen Molla communicates continuously with the mother of his arrested courier, Arben Prendi, where Jurgeni constantly tells him that he is working to help Arben Prendi and is constantly paying lek for this thing.
Specifically, on December 10, 2015, at 18:02:59, Jurgen Molla was contacted by Tringa (Katerina) Prendi with phone number 0039339352XXXX.
During the conversation, Jurgeni repeats to him several times that he has put his affairs in the balance, as well as instructs him to tell third parties not to talk, as they disrupt work.
Tringa told Jurgen that: "...his son, Arben Prendi, who was in prison, called him and told him that he had lost hope and ordered him to tell Jurgen not to leave him in prison for lek and that so far no lek has been given...".
Jurgeni tells him that: "...he can't tell him where he is giving the money, as word gets out, but he tells him that money has been given and continues to be given every day...".
The son told Tringa that: "...I'm in prison, because no money was given...".
Meanwhile, Jurgeni blames Arbeni's wife, who made big bargains.
Jurgeni repeats that: "...he gave money and the people who received it, do not accept it, because "even the walls have ears...".
Tringa swears to Jurgeni that: "...he will return all the money" and Jurgeni assures him that the case will go to Appeal and that Arbeni will be released very soon.
Following this conversation, Jurgeni tells him that:
"...Someone who has been, who is behind the work where he is, a X prosecutor who is behind him, they fired him today. They gave him money that he was fired, I won't tell you anymore..." .
Tringa expresses surprise.
Have you made plans for this weekend? Before you know the weather forecast for today,
Jurgeni continues by saying: "...They removed him from there and sent him to Shkodër, because of these things...".
Tringa asks him: "...Do you have it against him?...".
Jurgeni answers: "...Yes, a basin, which we have back to back. I can't talk any longer. I took it with a deposit, tell him about the work of lek...".
Tringa tells him: "...I'll take it to him in trust, thank you, tomorrow I'll tell you what he told me...".
Jurgeni ends the conversation by saying: "...Tell him, I won't stay inside for a lek as long as I'm alive...".
The report states that the prosecutor referred to by the citizen Jurgen Molla in the conversation with Tringa Prendi, is the prosecutor Arton Martini, who was transferred from Serious Crimes being appointed as a simple prosecutor in the Shkodra prosecutor's office.
After Martin's departure to Shkodër, prosecutor Eugen Beci took Jurgen Molla's file with other members of the group. Today, both prosecutors have been dismissed from "Vettingu".
